Our fundraising team is comprised of a senior group of sales and marketing professionals - - all with extensive, global investor relationships - - complemented by project management professionals with extensive private equity real estate experience. This team supports our General Partner clients through all stages of the fundraising process. For each of its two to four noncompeting mandates per year, Venturi strategically positions the fund manager in the market and communicates its unique strategy to qualified investors. Seamless execution is ensured by our project management personnel, who do the “heavy lifting,” assisting in the preparation of all offering materials, marketing presentations, and due diligence books; prepare GPs for potential fundraising issues to minimize “surprises”; develop a marketing plan; advise on the timing and nature of closings; negotiate documentation alongside GPs; and liaise between the GP and LP on information requests.
